1. Introduction

By accessing or using any services or products provided by SZZL DMA Factory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services or make any purchases.

2. Account Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Resell our hardware products without written permission

• Repackage or sell any of our hardware as new after it has been used or activated

• Misrepresent our products or services in any way

Violation of these terms may result in account termination and a permanent ban from future purchases.

4. Payments and Refunds

Some products may be sold with a subscription that renews automatically. You will be clearly informed before purchasing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly until cancelled.

Refunds will only be issued if the physical hardware is defective and unable to perform basic functionality, defined as:

• The software failing to initialize

• The inability to read memory or execute the advertised functionality

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact our support team first.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services if you violate these Terms. Termination may result in a permanent ban from all future purchases, without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
